How will my order be shipped?
We have the following shipping rates for all Scooter and Scooter Parts Australia wide:
– Most products ship for Free – Free standard shipping for orders over $100
– $15 Standard shipping + Signature on Delivery
– $30 Express + Signature on Delivery + Insurance (up to $500) (Express Shipping may be delayed during Covid)
Options for postage can be selected during checkout.
Please be aware Covid restrictions are affecting usual timeframes. Australia Post is doing their best right now, we will continue to update you on the progress of your order.
Can I track my order?
We’ll send you an email with a tracking number for your order once it’s shipped.
Please check that your address details are correct when placing your order. It’s also important that you use your real name on your order, as if the parcel is for any reason undeliverable and goes to a post office, you will need ID in that name to collect your parcel.
Return to Sender: If a parcel is un-deliverable or not collected from a post office, it will be returned to sender. If you would like your order re-shipped, you will be required to pay a re-delivery fee.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Due to our automated system there is no guarantee we can cancel an order before it ships. We recommend sending us an email as soon as possible to request cancellation.
If you notice you have entered the wrong address immediately after placing your order – please email us. If it is within 2 hours of placing your order we may be able to change the address to the correct one. If you require a change of address after your order has been shipped there will be a $15 fee applied which is imposed by the courier, and can be done right up until your parcel is on board for delivery.
I haven’t received my order yet, where is it!?
Please keep in mind that deliveries can be delayed in the post during holiday periods. Please check the status of your order on the Australia Post website using your tracking details provided. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns. Please ensure you select the correct items before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
My item is faulty or damaged, can I get an exchange or refund?
We will need you to email email@example.com and include your order details, photo’s (if applicable) and a description of your item. We’ll assess your query and if it’s found to be faulty, damaged or we need to physically asses it, we’ll be in touch with you to let you know what the next step is.
Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
