We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person and/or close account for any reason including misuse and abuse of staff.

By making a purchase on this site, you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of anyone using this website who is under 18 years of age.

Pricing and Availability

While we try to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate, unfortunately errors may sometimes occur. If an error has been made, we will inform you as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee availability on all items and reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

If an item is out of stock at time of purchase, you will be notified so other arrangements can be made.


It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of payment. We accept no responsibility for lost or delayed items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery and additional time for remote areas or during peak periods. This time is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery. Unforeseen delays can occur once items leave our warehouse and are not our responsibility.

Postage Charges are generally in the range of $10 – $20 for for all other orders within Australia. Shipping prices are based on weight and we will quote shipping rates at the time of purchase.


When you make a purchase on the GRiNDLAb website, you are agreeing that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used to place your order.

Payment will be processed at the time you place an order.


All purchases are final and returns are not accepted, unless items are faulty.

Faulty Items

Claims on faulty items need to be made within 14 days from time of purchase.

We will refund or replace any items that are found to be faulty. If you feel your item is faulty, please contact us at support@grindlab.com.au and we will advise you on how to return your item.

Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

You will be billed in Australian Dollars.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard and VISA credit cards, as well as Paypal and Zip-Pay.

Is my card secure to use on your site?

GRiNDLAb values the security of your personal information. All details entered in our site go through an encrypted secure socket layer technology (SSL). Your details are then securely transmitted in order to be processed, however we never see or store your credit card details.
